Mr. Timmer received his Juris Doctorate degree from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University.  He also received his bachelor’s degree in Justice Studies from Arizona State University.  While attending law school, Mr. Timmer was inducted in the Delta Theta Phi Law School Fraternity; he was nominated and elected to serve as the Secretary for the chapter.  Prior to joining our firm, Mr. Timmer served as an Assistant District Attorney for the Thirteenth Judicial District Attorney’s Office in New Mexico; this brought valuable trial experience as numerous matters ultimately went to trial.

Mr. Timmer is currently licensed to practice throughout New Mexico and in the United States District Court for the District of New Mexico.
